Pastor Shupe was ordained and installed at Redeemer Lutheran Church here in Bartlesville on August 4, 2013. He then served as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Education Ministry by developing and administering a comprehensive educational program for the church with an emphasis on youth and young families. In November 2015, Pastor Shupe was called and installed as the sole pastor at Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Pastor Shupe attended Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, where he received his BA in Theology and Biblical Languages. He served a year as a vicar at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Moline, IL. Pastor Shupe graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary located in Fort Wayne, IN with his Master of Divinity in May of 2013. He has been married to Alicia since 2008, and they have three daughters.

Jolene is the voice you hear most of the time when you call the church during the day!
Some of her duties include answering the phone, printing the bulletins, the weekly notices, and being of service to anyone who comes in that needs help.
Parish Nurse
Stephanie McCartney
Stephanie and her husband Patrick came to Redeemer Lutheran Church in 2003. She has been our Parish Nurse since 2004.
Stephanie received her RN degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1981 and received a degree in management from Bartlesville Wesleyan University in 1994.
She has over 25 years of experience; many of these years spent working in critical care. Her Parish Nurse training is through Concordia University Wisconsin at Mequon, Wisconsin.
As Parish Nurse she is also part of the Pastoral Care Team.
Cassandra is our Digital Media Secretary. She has been a member of Redeemer since 2019, after her and her family moved to Bartlesville from Iowa.
She helps with the Website, Facebook, Instagram, and the YouTube channel.
